This is a picture that I saw on the way to a festival that I attended on Saturday. It is about earthquakes, and I found it rather odd at first.
I am pretty sure that the text reads "In case of earthquake, make sure you are not the family disgrace or failure" with missing dialog:
Father: "You are nothing to me!"
I have not felt any earthquakes while I have been here, but if one does happen, I don't think its going to be pretty at all. Lets just say the Kathmandu Building and Construction Standards Board is not really well funded...or possibly existing.

Based on the looks of despair and dread, I would have guessed this was a poster for a Nepalese festival. (But for the missing oversized wheel, of course.)
I feel like he is part of a family carpentry business, and instead of helping to build a table, all he really wants to do is "sing, sing, sing!"
